IXR-PFOS resin is a uniquely selective gel based resin designed to remove both long and short chain PFAS compounds from water.

IXR-PFOS is a strong base anion specifically for use in removing both long chain, as well as short chain, PFAS/PFOS compounds. Due to its highly selective design, the IXR-PFOS resin has the ability to remove PFAS/PFOS compounds even in the presence of high concentrations of sulfates, chlorides, and nitrates, providing a high operating capacity when treating for compounds in the parts per trillion levels.

Due to its selectivity, IXR-PFOS also has the ability to remove perchlorates, an emerging water contaminant.

IXR PFOS is intended for use in:

  • Various residential water filter devices.

  • Municipal & Industrial water treatment

  • Mining wastewater; Landfill barriers

  • Drinking water POE/POU systems;
